This division is established for providing shore based customized training programmes for the shipping and offshore sector. IMOI provides shore-based classroom, workshop and laboratory training. IMOI also provides distance learning programs for seafarers. This division also pioneered onboard training tailor made for the clients.
This division provides independent services for assessment, surveys (P&I and H&M), audits such as ISM, ISO, TMSA, inspections, Rating of seafarers based on thoroughly established criteria, and on the job training on ships as well as offshore installations.
ISP develops advanced and intricate e-learning and other software for the maritime industry as tools for better management of organizations.
The IMC division has been involved in providing consultancy in many areas such as implementation of TMSA, quality systems documentation and implementation, development of educational institutes, management of institutes, etc.
In 2013, ISF Group established a research institute: ISF Institute of Research and Education (IIRE). IIRE is a non-profit unit of the ISF Group dedicated to developing and delivering integrated educational and research programs. IIRE is actively involved in research programs and benchmarking surveys for the Maritime Industry. IIRE has also published peer reviewed journals, working paper series, white papers, training materials, and application notes.
Inner Search Foundation is a non-profitable charitable trust founded on the 13th November 2000 under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. It has been established with an objective of helping individuals develop a complete understanding of self at all the three levels and thereby become more effective in their respective fields of influence.
