Job Description:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies when necessary.
2. HR Operations and Administration
• Oversee employee life cycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal and exit formalities.

3. Payroll and Benefits Administration

4. Employee Relations and Engagement

5. Performance Management and Development
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with managers.

6. HR Projects and Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and HR policy updates.
• Participate in HR-related projects such as HR digitalization, culture building, and organizational development.
• Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave utilization, recruitment status).
7. Leadership and Team Administration
• Supervise HR administrative staff and ensure task delegation and accountability.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or AM capacity.
