1. Overview

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to produce high-impact Reels on a contract basis (Monthly Retainer or Per-Reel). The primary goal is to take raw footage and transform it into viral-ready content designed for high retention and engagement. We need someone who understands social media algorithms and can maintain a consistent brand voice across all video assets.

2. Expertise

  • Retention Editing: Deep understanding of how to use "pattern interrupts," fast cuts, and zoom-ins to keep viewers watching.
  • Captioning & Typography: Ability to create synchronized, stylized captions that are easy to read and visually engaging.
  • Audio: Expertise in sound design (SFX), choosing trending audio, and ensuring voiceovers are crisp and balanced.

Job Description:

1.      Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
