Job Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with ISF Group's day-to-day activities.

2. Platform Management:
- Manage and monitor ISF's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Schedule regular updates and maintain content calendars.
3. Audience Engagement:
- Interact with followers to promote ISF’s services and mission.
- Respond to queries and foster a strong online community.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement and reach.
5. Brand Advocacy:
- Ensure consistency in tone and messaging that reflects ISF’s mission and values.
- Highlight collaborations with global maritime entities and community service activities.
6. Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications Required:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in social media marketing, preferably in service-oriented sectors like training or consultancy.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
4. Attributes:
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to create designs for digital campaigns, including social media, websites, emails, and other marketing platforms.
· Develop and design branding assets such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
· Create engaging visuals for presentations, reports, and other internal communications as well as for marketing purposes.
· Maintain consistent visual branding across all company materials and channels.
· Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
· Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team.
· Provide support to other team members with design-related tasks as needed.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro etc)
