Job Responsibilities-

  • Understand the projects and functioning of the research division. 
  • Assist in all admin-related operations of the research division. Communicate with research teams and external reviewers as and when required.
  • Operate software and platforms used for research and publications.
  • Organize events and workshops for the division.
  • Explore funding and other opportunities for the research division. 
  • Create project summaries/proposals, surveys, etc. for in-house projects. 
  • Ensure smooth execution of all projects under the research division.
  • Maintain status of ongoing projects, research grants and budget name report as per reporting lines. 
  • Manage and respond to emails.

We are using Zoho One as our key technology pillar. To strengthen our knowledge and use Zoho with its best available features, we are looking for a Zoho Recruit Support Specialist in India with solid experience with Zoho Recruit software.  


  • Point of contact for all matters related to Zoho Recruit at SynapsCo.
  • Develop Zoho CRM to boost SynapsCo business performances
  • Coordinate with our finance teams to optimize Zoho Books
  • Suggest and implement any relevant modules with Zoho One (Zoho Sign, Zoho Contract, timesheets, etc…)
  • Create Job Openings
  • In charge of the training of new Recruiters mobilized in the company
  • Monitor the performance of the Recruiters and liaise with the Recruiters if any issue/ mistake is found on Zoho
  • Send monthly reports to the Directors about Recruiter performances
  • Make sure that the data in Zoho are stored/ classified in a state-of-the-art manner
  • Create efficient methods to optimize the performances of the Recruiters
  • Send monthly reports about new features to be implemented

Requirements and skills:

  • Working from home
  • ·         Ability to work from home with full autonomy (with daily meetings with other team members)
  • ·         Diploma of Bachelor Degree
  • ·         Minimum 2 years of work experience with Zoho
  • ·         Rigorous, reactive, enjoy working in a technical and international environment.
  • ·         Excellent writing and orthographic skills
  • ·         Enthusiast about technology and ready to be familiarized with our systems
  • ·         Familiarity with LinkedIn
  • ·         Appetite for working in a start-up environment
  • ·         Fluent in English
