We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Overall Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing operation of our company, including both digital and traditional marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating and executing marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including digital platforms, print media, events, and more. The candidate should also be creative and should have a good design sense and knowledge of colour palates, etc.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure all marketing initiatives are in line with the company's overall strategy and messaging.

Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including website development, SEO, PPC campaigns, social media, email marketing, and more.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Develop and manage marketing budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring all marketing initiatives are cost-effective.

Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns are generating quality leads and opportunities for the sales team.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.




Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in both digital and traditional marketing.

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of marketing professionals.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across a range of channels.

Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC campaigns, social media, email marketing, and more.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
