Work from Office in Malad West from Monday to Friday

Work timings - 9am to 5:45pm

We are hiring for a candidate:

• Experience required 0-1 Year (Freshers are also welcome)

• Fluent in English in both writing and speaking.

• Proficient in the use of computers and technology.

• Exhibits polite and professional communication every time.

• Ensures smooth coordination with vendors.

• Ensures equipment maintenance requirements, calls for repairs and maintains equipment inventory records.

• Maintains office inventory by checking stock timely to determine inventory level.

• To keep track of every administrative record of the office.

• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, answering reception calls, scanning, etc.

• Preparing appointment letters, MOM, assisting in hiring of new candidates and their induction.
