Pankaj Dalvi
Mr. Pankaj Dalvi - graduated from DMET in 1995, and has since worked on Bulk carriers, Containers, Tankers, LPG ships and onboard offshore supply vessels. His shore experience includes crewing and training, providing superintendence, technical consultancy for all types of vessels. At ISF he has been instrumental in developing advanced training programs on electronics, electrical, automation, controls, electronically controlled engines and has trained over 500 seafaring engineers during his stint at ISF.
He is also the Founder and Managing Director at this own organization Trigen Marine Engineering Private Ltd. (https://lnkd.in/gJWFqFhq) which deals in providing quality ship repair solutions at an affordable price. Trigen provides services and spares supply in the field of automation and control for Indian and overseas clients and offer retrofit solutions to ships for their automation related needs which will be cost effective based on life span of the ship.
Before founding his own organization, he worked with NYK Ship Management Pte. Ltd., Mumbai office as a training superintendent and conducted various technical as well as non-technical courses on SMS Familiarization, Risk Management, Accident Investigation, and Electrical training, Control and Automation training, Refrigeration Training etc. He was also involved in involved designing new training material as per the new industry requirements or specific requirements from the company, developing trainee reports and reports for identified training gaps.
